Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellations for orders are only accepted within 24 hours of the time the order was placed.

  • Please note that we process orders quickly, so cancellations must be made in a timely manner.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We offer a 30-day return period for items that are in new and unworn condition with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    2. Our customer service staff will respond to your email within 24 hours to confirm the situation and provide you with return and exchange instructions, the return address, and any other necessary information. Please follow the instructions carefully.
    3. If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on your part (e.g. incorrect size or color), you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
    4. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your returned product at the designated return address. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to show up in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
